Whistleblower & Fraud Recovery Division
The Law Office of Sara J. Saba, P.A. provides whistleblower representation to clients exposing those who commit fraud against the government under the False Claims Act and Whistleblower Programs. These frauds are often against the IRS, SEC, FCPA (Federal Corrupt Practices Act), Medicare and Medicaid, Military Defense Contractors, Federal Research Grantors, CFTC and others.
