Unfortunately, I do not believe that Mr. Smith meets the criteria of extremely ethical. His extracurricular activities preclude me from answering in the affirmative. Additionally, I have seen very little of Mr. Smith in the Courtroom and can only remember one case that was taken to trial, a domestic violence misdemeanor charge (there may have been others, this is just my personal recollection).
