  • Estate Planning 24%

"Estate" is the legal term used to define your property and money;basically, everything that belongs to you. We identify different strategies you can use to manage your affairs when you are incapacitated and transfer your belongings after you die. Our estate planning methods help you protect your estate after you die. We help you keep your life's savings in your family after you die by protecting it from divorcing spouses (the family's "outlaws") and from your children's creditors.

  • Elder law 24%

My practice deals with issues related to elderly and disabled people. I plan strategies for obtaining Medicaid and Veteran's Benefits to pay for long-term care. Our servies are useful when dealing with end-of-life planning decisions and instances of elder abuse and exploitation. We are familiar with public and private resources that may be available for you or your elderly relatives. We also write wills, powers of attorney, and health care proxies.

  • Guardianship 24%

When a person is incapacitated and can no longer care for their own interests, the court appoint someone to make legal and healthcare decisions for them. That person is called a "Guardian." A legal guardian may be appointed as a limited decision-maker or an all-purpose decision-maker. For example, an elderly person may have one guardian for financial decision making and another for healthcare decision making. In most cases, though, the Court appoints one Guardian for everything. We can help.

  • Probate 23%

Probate is the legal process used to carry out a person's will after their death; We advise you on how to perform the steps in the process. In general, once you have identified and collected the dead person's money, property, and other assets, you pay the person's debts and taxes. Then, you distribute their money and property according to the will's instructions. If there is no will, the Court will determine receives the dead person's assets.
