Scott has an uncanny ability to evaluate a case at first glance and know immediately if the Client has a winning or losing cause of action. He is highly adept at discerning this from the get go. This is integral information for a Client to know at the onset as one certainly does not wish to waste time or money on a lawsuit that has little potential to prevail. As far as Scott's work ethic goes, he once told me, "No offense, but I hate lawyers like you," because he simply is STRONGER than most.
