My property damage lawyer!

After Hurricane Michael, we had some serious roof damage. We began working with a public adjuster but when we reached a limit during the claim process, Scott’s firm stepped in to file suit. I’m so glad we did! I’m now on my way to a brand new roof. The insurance company originally wanted to do a patch job. Thanks to Scott and his team, I’m able to protect my property investment.

Scott Klotzman

Scott handled a case against my homeowners insurance company. Even after I had resigned myself to the fact that the case would never be resolved in my favor he kept working on my behalf. During this time my daughter was diagnosed with a blood cancer. I gave up on the lawsuit and Scott took over and fought on my behalf. I was completely surprised when I got the call that the insurance company was willing to settle the claim. I thought that ship had sailed. Scott was aware of my daughter's condition and the need for the case to be settled quickly. He could not have treated us better and I can't say enough good things about his handling of my case.
