In 2007 I was defense counsel in an accident case in which Mr. Fischer represented the plaintiff, Throughout the pretrial phase and the trial Mr. Fischer demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and skills. Although Mr. Fischer fought hard for his client he always displayed the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy, and he prevailed in this case. Although I hate to lose, I would rather lose to a gentlemen like Mr. Fischer than to some of the lawyers out there.
