If the Husband and Wife can agree on the issues surrounding a divorce, which may include property, custody, child support, and alimony, an uncontested divorce is a cheaper, quicker, and often less painful experience than a contested divorce.
Divorces involve issues of Time Sharing (custody and visitation), Property Division, Child Support, and Alimony. These issues are often more complex than they initially appear to be.
I handle consumer bankruptcy. In general, the idea is to discharge personal debt, such as credit cards, defaulted loans, medical bills, and some other personal debts.
Including drug charges, juvenile charges, DUI and DWLS, domestic violence, and other crimes.

In addition to Divorce, I also handle Paternity cases. This is the establishment of a Father's rights, or defending against them, when the parents of children are not married.
