The issues in this case are whether: Respondent discriminated against Petitioner on the basis of her sex, for the reasons stated in the Charge Of Discrimination and Petition For Relief; Respondent sexually harassed Petitioner; and whether Petitioner's termination from her employment was unlawful because it was an act of retaliation against Petitioner for Petitioner's complaint of sexual harassment.Female food server who violated restaurant policy was not discriminated against when she was discharged, was not retaliated against for complaining of sexual harassment, and was not sexually harassed.
