Selling A Business

Spiro represented my husband and me in the sale of our small business. He provided excellent service and advice during negotiations, due diligence and Closing. He was especially helpful at Closing because the Buyer's attorney who was also the Closing agent left the process to her paralegal who was not equal to the task. An Outstanding Attorney - Very Professional with Great Work Ethics

I hired with Mr. Komninos for a Business/real estate matter. I had an issue with a property I had just purchased and the builder kept dragging the issues and refused to fix them until Mr. Komninos got involved. Mr. Komninos had my best interest from the beginning, was very honest and treated me with dignity and respect. He is a true professional with the work ethics every attorney should learn from. Real Estate DIspute
