Highly Recommend

Stanley is understanding, sharp and driven. He was able to come up with an agreement on the breaking of a construction contract for me quickly, with minimal stress and with better results than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Attorney

I wish I would have hired Stan Padgett sooner

Stan represents everything you need & demand in a professional attorney. Aside from his expansive legal knowledge, he has the communication skills and strategic thinking that most other attorneys do not encompass. He is efficient and does not slow play any process. His billings are always concise.

Quality representation, fair and honest billing...

Stan defended me aggressively in a civil suit, which was settled in my favor before it went to court. He is fair and honest in his billing and didn't waste a lot of time to run up the fees, as many attorneys do. He did what was necessary to get the case settled in a timely and cost effective manner. Also, when you call for a consultation, you speak with him, not a paralegal or clerk. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to friends and family.

I've worked with and sought counsel from many good attorneys over the years. Stan Padgett is the best attorney I've ever worked with. He's extremely sharp. He gets to the heart of a matter quicker than any attorney I've ever seen. He's a good negotiator. He's practical yet he thinks outside the box to find resolution to issues. His skill set and legal knowledge is both broad and deep. For example, he's represented us in contract disputes, an FLSA claim, a malpractice lawsuit, a building defect claim and various HOA issues. I do not know his equal in terms of having such a depth of knowledge about such a broad array of legal issues. He's very fair in his billings. In my opinion, he is impeccably honest.
