I have hired Stefan to represent myself and my real estate firm in multiple legal matters. Stefan has worked on several of our short sales and has consulted on complex title issues that involved quiet title actions and resolving IRS liens.
This case began as a naturalization case. The process was started, papers were signed, then I end up getting into legal trouble. After looking over the case and situation, Mr. McHardy decided to not go through the naturalization and just go throughwith an extension of my resident alien card instead (which was expired). He took the time to explain on why it was better to wait 5 years to have a case of good behavior. Rather than risk being denied, he took the time to see what the better situation was for me, not his pockets. Which is something we worry about lawyers. Not only did he take the time to do this, he also gave me a refund for the difference. Soon after, I received my new resident alien card in the mail. I'm one happy camper!
