Whether Respondent engaged in acts which constituted sexual harassment involving physical contact or misuse of position against female employees of the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office so as to create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment, and whether Respondent committed battery on female employees of the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office, on the dates alleged in the Administrative Complaint and, if so, the nature of the sanctions.Petitioner failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence, that Respondent committed the violations as pled in the administrative complaint, which should therefore be dismissed.
