When I first met Mr. Henderson in his office I was very nervous, as I had never been in trouble nor had to hire an attorney. Mr. Henderson was very calm and understanding, which greatly relieved my anxiety right away. I had been charged with a felony and was concerned about my job and my freedom. I was very surprised at Mr. Henderson's breadth of knowledge and understanding of my specific charge. He thoroughly explained the process to me and what to expect. Due to the serious nature of the charge, Mr. Henderson utilized his private investigator and conducted numerous depositions. It was through all of the hard work he put into the case that the prosecutor offered to reduce my charge down to a minor misdemeanor and a withhold of adjudication.
