The manner and extent to which the criteria of Rule 17-7.07, F.A.C., entitled "Dump Closing" may be required by Respondent with respect to the Town of Surfside Dump.Petitioner must meet all Rule 17-7.07, Florida Administrative Code, requirements for closing a dump.
