I hired Mr Smith , Esq to represent me on a speeding ticket. I was 2 miles over the speed limit 102 MIles P.H. on an open hwy. with seperate medium. It is my understanding if Mr Smith had fought to lower my speeding category by 2 miles P.H. it would of put me into receiving a less severe punishment. As a result, my DMV record and insurance costs escalated. I was out of town and Mr Smith never discussed a strategy or proper preparation for my case and lost. I do not recommend this attorney.
I was given a careless driving ticket after an accident with serious bodily injury and he was able to reduce it to non serious bodily injury so I did not lose my license and no points!
Very thorough and easy to contact and did not have to appear in court!
