Mr. Ramunni was hired by my wife and I to handle my Mother in laws estate. About a month later he sent me a text message telling me he hadn't filed with the clerk of Lee county. My wife and I promptly hired a new attorney and they requested the retainer and documents from Mr. Ramunni. Approximately a week later he mailed (not fed-ex or by courier) his check, a color copy of her drivers license, a color copy of her social security card, and her banking information. My wife and I realized that he was not only not up front with his agenda, but that he or his office run out of his home does not know or follow safe guidelines on sending information sensitive documents. Not all documents were forwarded or returned.
