I've personally known Steve Anderson for over 15 years. He is, in my opinion, the most effective outside counsel for local public authorities in this area. He has been the outside general counsel for the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority, Tampa Sports Authority, Tampa Port Authority, etc. No one I know has done that job better than him.
