The issue to be determined is whether Respondent committed an unlawful employment practice by discriminating against Petitioner because of her sex and/or age, and/or by retaliating against her for engaging in a protected activity.Petitioner failed to prove age or sex discrimination or unlawful retaliation. Instead, reasonable business decisions were shown to be the cause of termination of Petitioner's employment.
