I represent people with problems that arise in the workplace. Discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and failure to accommodate disabilities are all examples. Unpaid wages and failure to pay overtime are two more common issues. I practice in courts and in administrative agencies like EEOC and the Department of Labor.
