Wow, where to begin...I guess with the fact that I paid a cash retainer and he NEVER filed a single motion on my behalf. I repeatedly called his office and didn't receive return phone calls. He had the unmitigated temerity to actually show up in court like he was 'my' lawyer when the plaintiff actually filed a motion. I stood before the judge to explain that I had had no communication with 'my' attorney. He walked out of the courtroom with me and was visibly upset. He then proceeded to explain he had a lot going on and had been away at the FSU/Miami game (if memory serves) or it could have been an NFL game. I would have formally reported him to the Florida Bar for his misconduct had my case not been ongoing. They indicated that I had a two year window to do so. As a complete aside he shared with me that his daughter was very interested in animals--but that he wasn't encouraging her to go to vet school as the admittance rate for females is low. Two of my female friends from college are vets. Maybe he has 'women' issues. I could not in good conscious recommend this attorney. If I was going to be summarily executed at dawn and he was the only thing between me and death--and I had to pay him to save me, I would die first. You are a complete discredit to your profession. Shame on you for not even performing the very basic aspects of your job.

There are lots of lawyers out there that claim to know foreclosure defense but not many really do! This I witnessed first hand in court during my episode. Mr Teuber knows his stuff and gives you options that allow you to make the best decisions. Truly the right choice if you are (or soon will be) in foreclosure.
