Great service!

Steve revised our trust when we moved to Florida. In the midst of Covid-19, his office had adapted to safe, secure, private video planning, and he was informative, and transparent about the process and his fees. When it came time to finalize things, he brought our daughter and husband in virtually from Pennsylvania, and explained her role as co-trustee in a manner that we all understood and felt comfortable with. We can rest easy, knowing that when the time comes, our kids will know exactly where to start with navigating the executor role. Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient, and all questions, even in the aftermath, were answered. We wholeheartedly recommend attorney Ledbetter.

Sale of condo

During the COVID 19 pandemic we sold our condo in Venice. The legal work done by the Ledbetter office was fantastic, both timely and efficient. Jessica was our primary contact and she was phenomenal. Because of her expertise she was able to process the closing in less than 4 weeks. We were returning to MA and not planning on being at the closing. Jessica reached out to have me sign and notarize the documents before leaving FL saving me the expense and time of trying to find a notary in MA when everything was closed. Probate of deceased father's estate

Mr. Ledbetter and his team helped me through the probate of my deceased father’s estate. Being several states away, I needed someone to take things through the Florida probate process. Upon our first meeting, I informed Mr. Ledbetter that I wanted them to be able to process my father’s probate at a low cost and without having to fly back to Florida do anything. Everything was done efficiently via email and standard mail and I was able to focus on being with my family. I would definitely recommend Steve Ledbetter’s firm for probate/estate matters. A special thank you to Kim, a paralegal on Steve’s team! She was very mindful of my costs and explained every step of the probate process to me as things progressed. Thanks again Kim!!!

Estate Planning

Estate planning is not something we wanted to think about or actually go through, but when we met with Mr. Ledbetter he actually made a this situation very pleasant. He's very knowledgeable and explains all details in terms you can understand.
