Excellent Employment Attorney

I originally met with Mr. Address in 2017 to review a non-compete then retained his services in 2020 to defend the same non-compete. He is a straight shooter, states the facts and extremely knowledgeable of employment law. He represented my case and got it dismissed. I continue to have him assist me in legal advice and other business related matters and recommend him very highly.

Professional

I hired Stuart after two disastrous, supposedly top Tier attorney’s, did not perform for me over 1.5 years. Stuart took the proverbial bull by the horns, immediately, turned the disastrous situation around from the onset. After the two AWFUL prior experiences, I was my own worst enemy. Stuart recognized that, we talked it out on several occasions and as a result of Stuart, we finally won the day. I wish I would have found Stuart on day one. Life would have been SO MUCH EASIER! Stuart voluntarily brought up the amount of retainer not used and advised he would be sending it to me. From one professional about another...this man is an All American, Pro Bowl caliber attorney. Worst experience

We were panicked and hired him even though both my husband and I felt uncomfortable with him and handing over a 5,000,00 retainer. Arrogant and expensive. Never resolved our case. Learned a valuable lesson. Do not hire a solo lawyer. Felt like all he wanted was to continue to suck us dry.

Fighting for the Little Man

Stuart was able to help my teenage daughter with a situation against her greed employer who was taking advantage of the inexperience young employees. It's unfortunate that there are employers out there who take advantage of kids that don't know the law, but fortunately there are good lawyers like Stuart Address to set them straight.
