Amazing attorney and a FIGHTER! Stuart got everything I wanted in a custody case I had.
Stuart and his team are professional, honest, genuine and absolutely one of the best attorney's I know who handled my custody case. This was a easy process because Stuart and his team made it so comfortable for me. My case just closed and Stuart fought so hard, I got everything I needed and wanted. A good attorney is a fighter and Stuart is a fighter. He is dedicated to not only you as a client, but especially the children involved. I highly recommend Stuart.

Outstanding Services
I hired Stuart on a recommendation from another attorney after a very contentious divorce. Unfortunately I needed Stuart to file a contempt motion against my ex husband who decided not to fulfill his obligations in accordance with our Marital Settlement Agreement. Stuart was logical, knowledgeable, responsive and won our case even though my ex tried to drag it out and bring up damaging, irrelevant personal information about me. Stuart kept the case on track and did not take the bait dragging us into unnecessary litigation. He was great about returning my phone calls and his fees were more than fair. Most importantly, I received an even better outcome than I had expected in the final ruling. He was professional in every regard and I would highly recommend his services.

Great Lawyer
My words alone cannot do Stuart House and his firm justice. I give 5 stars and the utmost respect and recommendation for his services. Before I met Stuart, my previous lawyer laughed in my face and told me no judge would give me what I was looking for in my custody case. Other lawyers I consulted with said it was either go to court (and probably lose) or just settle with the cards I was dealt in mediation (which was a crap deal). I was at the point of giving up all hope. I'm not the usual case. I'm a man who has been solely raising my 5 year old the last 4 years and my rights were being threatened. Once Stuart took over my case, everything changed. He was aggressive and turned the tables around on everyone involved. Not only did I not not end up going to court, but I got every thing I wanted for me and my son. Thank you, Stuart I am forever grateful.

Incredible Attorney
I know Stuart both as a friend and a client. He helped me tremendously and got a case dismissed when I was wrongfully accused of violence against some unruly neighbors of mine. Stuart was well prepared and is an incredible litigator. He also is very ethical and honest, thus I highly recommend him.

Amazing lawyer!!

Hands down best family lawyer in the Broward county area! Stuart is very professional and Has been nothing but very attentive to my case. He has been my lawyer for some years now and I wish I would have hired him from the get go. If I ever had any questions or concerns I would get a response if not the same day, very next day early morning. He is extremely knowledgeable about family law.

Positive resolution during my time of need
I hired Stuart House to help me with a post judgement custody issue that was rather urgent. Stuart helped me to positively resolve the issue in a timely, no nonsense manner. Stuart House is by far one of the best family law attorneys in Broward County. I contacted Stewart on behalf of my brother who is going through a very difficult divorce. Stuart's interactions with my brother were thoughtful and considerate. My brother felt that his representation throughout the case was exceptional. I highly recommend him to anybody with any kind of family law issue.

Please check out Broward County foreclosure listings. I did, and found his name there. Do not give him a dime as he will probably keep your money, not return your phone calls, claim he has filed paperwork only he didn't. Just the same as homeowners that take people's $$$ and rent out their house knowing their home is in foreclosure. If he is so good, WHY IS HIS HOUSE IN FORECLOSURE??? Please DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER.
