Not impressed with attorney

My case resolved well. I am not disapointed in outcome. I am disapointed in how the attorney: 1. Made himself available to talk or for meetings 2. Responded to my emails 3. Addressed billing irregularities 4. Addressed issues in case and recalled facts of case I was a client of this attorney for the better part of 3 years.
