Federal case

It’s such a relief. Every step of the way Ms.Goldman & her assistant Chloe been there to answer every question & give me realistic answers dealing with my federal case. The prison time I was looking at got cut down compared to the time I was actually facing. From 41-51 months to a year & a day. I’m so grateful for her, she went so hard for me & everything worked out perfectly. Satisfied with my results for sure.

Kind, helpful and attentive beyond words

Summer Goldman was a wonderful lawyer and helped quite literally save my life. Miss Goldmans expert advise, attentive work, experience and help she committed to me and my potential case saved me and ultimately gave me the best case scenario for everyone involved. While I cannot give direct details it was an accused sex crime and she committed to talking to detectives, prosecutors and all other parties to keep me well informed and safe from harm. Process was quick and easy with the most optimal outcome

Summer Goldman deserves more than 5 stars!

I originally found Summer on Avvo for my family which involved my brother's case. He was facing 3 serious felony charges and possible prison time, due to the severity of his case. Fast forward to now, Summer and her law firm lessened all of his felony charges which means no prison time and only probation! Her excellent reviews speak for themselves, I highly recommend her to everyone! I remember my first consultation with Summer over the phone, she earned my trust since day one and I haven’t regretted my decision ever since. She even worked with us involving costs. Summer and her law firms' ongoing communication with everything involving our case is exceptional! This included all court dates by calls, email, or text. Felony Drug Charge

I was arrested a year ago for a felony possession amount of marijuana. A friend of mine who was also arrested for a possession charge referred me to Summer. She responded to all of my emails and calls in an incredibly timely manner. I NEVER felt like I was out of the loop through the entire course of court hearings (even when Summer was out, Maribeth would respond on her behalf). Every question I had, she answered thoroughly; if she didn't have an answer, she would reach out to whomever and get back to me with an answer. Both, Summer and Maribeth have lots of connections across the state with various judicial entities; This helped out in my case immensely! Even when the State wanted to give me the max penalty for my first charge ever, we were able to fight it and have everything reduce to a 2 year Pre-Trial Intervention contract. I completed all the requirements from PTI contract in the matter of about 7-8 months, contacted Summer as soon as that happened. Summer was able to use her contacts and have my PTI contracted dismissed way earlier than expected. I am now working with Summer to get my record expunged. Both, Summer and Maribeth had genuine interest on the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend Goldman Wetzel Law Firm to anyone!

Beyond helpful!

Summer is a great lawyer to have on your side, especially representing you! She took my Marijuana charges and was able to make what would be multiple charges into one. She clearly knows what shes doing and does it with a smile and is ambitious when it comes to helping. If it wasn't for Summer, then I probably wouldn't be able to be writing this review right now. She made the process easy for me to understand and was clear on advising on what I should do. 10/10 would recommend.

Far Exceeded Expectations

The practice at Goldman Wetzel is top notch. I hired Summer Goldman to represent me in January of 2017. Every interaction was always personable and professional, and I felt like my best interest was always kept in mind. Neither Summer, nor her associate Beth every tried to mislead me about any aspect of my case. Summer would present the facts upfront, and then very frankly discussed how the details and how they were going to be handled. She made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my case from start to finish. I was charged with a misdemeanor DUI with property damage, however due to Summer's hard work, dedication and extensive research, the charge was ultimately expunged from my record. Summer was well equip to answer any question that presented itself during the course of the trial. She was firm and confident when speaking to the judge on my behalf, however she always maintained her professionalism. I can not say enough about the exceptional service I received at Goldman Wetzel and would highly recommend to anyone in the Tampa Bay area.

Terrific Attorney

I called Summer when my daughter tried to commit suicide and wound up with several legal charges. She took time to talk with me at length and was very calm and reassuring. She answered all our calls quickly and was always very understanding and truthful. Between Summer and Marybeth, they wound up going to court with my daughter many times as they chipped away at the charges, getting them dismissed. The case took over a year and they never asked for additional money. We were able to resolve the case with only probation. I can never thank them enough for all their hard work and compassion. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal services!
