Whether Respondent Employer committed an unfair employment practice against Petitioner Employee by discriminating against her on the basis of her sex (pregnant female) or by a hostile work environment.Petitioner failed to rebut employer`s non-discriminatory reasons. Proximate cause of stillbirth; appropriate recovery; and ambiguous, sporadic, and non-interfering managerial comments are discussed. Recommend dismissal of charge and petition.
