An Outstanding Family Lawyer

I interviewed 5 lawyers following being served divorce papers in 2019. I say, now with hindsight, that Tasha Simmonds was the right choice. Attorney Simmonds is an exceptional lawyer and achieved great results. She has creative ideas, is an excellent negotiator and has a comprehensive and impressive knowledge of family law. Best Family Attorney Experience!

I had a family case where I was being countersued for child custody due to my initial request for child support. I went thru a bunch of attorneys who didn't give me a chance at all; took my son's father's side and was trying to be ideal. If you're looking for an attorney who puts in the work for you, makes sure you get your legal fees' worth, Attorney Simmonds is your girl! She was solid and direct and she is prepared for court! (My previous attorney confused the judge for an assistant) Attorney Simmonds is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Her rapport among judges is unmatched. Disrespectful , over priced , and not helpful

I hired Ms Simmons to help with a child custody case & can say I would definitely not recommend her services. Not only was nothing accomplished, she kept me on the phone and used other forms of communication to run her bill up. Her advice was not helpful, she was not thorough, and then sends me an outrageous bill. There are much better attorneys out there with much better attitudes & approaches towards service.

I'm a court reporter with a lot of experience seeing attorneys work. Unfortunately, I had to handle an issue of my own and had the honor of having Tasha Simmonds help me get through a very difficult hearing. First, she jumped in last minute to help me; and second, she was amazing!!! Between Ms. Simmonds experience, knowledge, and her personal touch, I wouldn't want anyone else by my side. It's hard enough to have to go through anything like this, but having an attorney that you feel is not only extremely knowledgeable AND cares about you as an individual, not just as another case, makes all the difference in the world. A beast in the courtroom
