Knowledgeable, empathetic, skilled

The McCreary law firm has been good to me! I hired him back in 2015 when dealing with a whole lot, If you may. I was dealing with 2 counties at the same time!

We hired Attorney McCreary to defend our son, who is grappling with an addiction problem. Mr. McCreary, to our perception, is an unusual lawyer who evidences genuine concern for his client (and clients' family). For the uninitiated, our criminal justice system is draconian and treats all as guilty. McCreary steered us through and managed to reach a palatable conclusion. Additionally, he is patient and understanding of what his clients are going through. Solid, capable and skilled.

I have been convicted for multiple DUIs. After meeting with several of the best attorneys in Lee county, Terry being one and highly recommend. I went with him. He was the most compassionate, caring and empathetic lawyer I have ever met. Such a genuine man! I went to him pretty broken up and in tears. Right away he gave me a better out look on things in a matter of days. He extended my driving privileges with in days. Him and his staff have are the most proactive and best team I have ever met! They will take care of whatever matter you have. Are always there for you. Will talk to you and get back to you with answers right away. They are just a phone call away! Terry has been nothing but an angel and a blessing in my life right now! My friend who had multiple felony arrest was looking at a bad situation. Terry was able to get his unbelievable case completely dropped. Walked away from it all. He fights hard and smart and will do all he can for you because he cares. Best Lawyer for so many reasons!!!

I visited with Terry from out of state with an issue that involved a relative in town. I have worked with attorneys in my home town and Terry exceeded every expectation I had from the very start. I hired him after that first meeting. I looked up his review on Google prior to the visit which was also an outstanding review. In today's internet world it helps to ask for a review of whatever you are in search of and see what is said. Terry understood my concern for my relative, said he was sorry for what they had gone through, and said he will work on it right away. I had to leave town and Terry personally took my relative to the court, and even went to lunch after. He attended a separate meeting as well regarding the matter, and explained what was needed to resolve the issue. I will look for ways to help Terry, because he was so good in that time of need for my relative.

I had a drug case and they took care of me. POINT BLANK. Sanea the secretary is an angel, every step of the way she was answering questions. They are by far the best lawyers I have dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing representation. They even helped me after my case was dropped with a separate ticket. They truly are genuine and kind.
