The issues are: (1) whether Respondent violated section 760.23(2), Florida Statutes, by discriminating against Petitioners on the basis of their sex with respect to the provision of housing services or facilities; and (2) whether Respondent violated 760.37 by unlawfully harassing or intimidating Petitioners on the basis of their sex in the exercise of their protected housing rights.Petitioners' claim of housing discrimination based on their sexual orientation not actionable. Petition for Relief dismissed.
