Very satisfied - highly recommend for disputes with insurance companies

I use lawyers extensively in my professional life. My wife found Thomas as we needed a personal lawyer for a dispute with an insurance company. Our experience with Thomas was excellent. Thomas is pragmatic (very important to manage expectations so a settlement can be achieved without trial) but also doesn't cave in to pressure and is clearly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies. Our insurance company refused to cover a claim and the case went quite a long way before it settled. Thomas is extremely responsive and we found he engaged very well with us in terms of setting out strength of case, what we could expect etc. I can't recommend him highly enough (and as I say I have extensive experience with lawyers in my professional life so I can compare him with many other lawyers I've worked with...he comes out well). Thanks Thomas!
