One of the most caring and intelligent attorney's I have ever met. If you have federal or state issues, his firm is the best. He charges reasonably and accommodates all of your concerns and needs. He and his team literally saved my life. He attacks the case with a team of lawyers and investigators who are very aggressive in working your case. His investigator is a very polite and caring man, who along with Mr. Foster dismantled the case that was against me. That investigator Lou Lienhauser held my wife's hand and assured us we were in good hands. My wife and I love his staff as they are so caring and Mr. Foster is a true professional.
Dear readers, I had some very sensitive matters that Mr. Foster discussed with me at his old firm then some business at his new firm recently - 2 distinct cases and over 8 years. Mr. Foster takes your call, meets with you and uses intense active listening as well as local team resources to find the real matter and find creative solutions. He is a court man - he goes to court and so does his team...he is honest and forthright; no fooling around. He new firm so far and the associates there and admin staff and billing are correct, honest, diligent; costs and fees estimates are spot on and they support their clients.
