Saved my Case

Valerie saved my case and stepped in after a previous firm had advised me to just give up. She cared about my personal situation more than just a win. Professional compassionate and understanding

I have met many attorney's and by far Mrs. Prevatte set the Bar really high for other attorney's as she went above and beyond duty to make sure that the issues that concerned me were thoroughly addressed. She made sure that I understood what to expect and what I needed to do on my part. Most attorney's worry about the money as the bottom line but with Mrs. Prevatte the client is the bottom line and making sure that the client is taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone. I am no employee nor an attorney but what I write here is real. This is a true account of what happened I will not be specific about what happened to me but if you are a skeptic like I am about reviews just call her and you will find that even her personality is down to earth and her attitude is that of someone that makes you feel at ease someone that you can trust. I don't really know her but she can definitely come to Christmas!

If your reading this review, then you are in the same desperate situation I was in, but Mrs. Prevatte can change that. This incredible woman has an elegance of grace when she walks into the courtroom. Her peers admire and respect her immensely! Excellent attorney and always well prepared.

She is extremely knowledgeable of the jurisdiction and knows her audience. I was extremely prepared going into an important hearing after she spent the time preparing me down to the smallest detail of what to where and how to hold my hands. I recommend her to friends and family. She is friendly and personable who is always available for questions and is able to explain things in terms easy to understand. Fantastic attorney, provided an incredible defense.

I came to Ms. Prevatte seeking representation dealing with a battery case. During her consultation it became apparent to me that she was a great fit, and exactly who I needed to guide me through this daunting process. She is very knowledgeable, and had a perfect response for any questions I had. During the process she was always quick to call with updates, or respond to emails. Ultimately this case went to trial, and her defense arguments were powerful, well spoken, and ultimately convincing to the jury, as I was found not guilty. Over all I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Prevatte.
