The best attorney for any contentious divorce issues

I hired Vanessa two years ago to resolve several extremely contentious post-divorce issues. She was recommended to me by a prior mediator, who said that Vanessa had been a royal pain in her butt whenever she had faced her in the courtroom. The recommendation was spot on; Vanessa has been a fierce force in my corner since that day. She has worked weekends when urgent motions were called for and has executed motions and subpoenas in some cases within the hour! Her ability not only to interpret the law, but to read the judge, opposing counsel, and situations in the courtroom is second to none. She has won motion after motion, and successfully argued for fees to be awarded due to excessive amounts of frivolous litigation. I no longer stress over antics from my ex; I simply call Vanessa. In short, Vanessa has brought peace to my life and an ability to move on after my divorce, which in my mind is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend Vanessa to anybody that's dealing with a contentious divorce and a difficult ex; you will not regret hiring this amazing attorney.

My savior!

Vanessa was absolutely incredible! She was the best attorney, advocate, therapist, human being, all the above - I could ever of asked for during my horrendous divorce. She fought for me when she needed to, and kept me calm when I was flying off the handles. My husband was pro se in the beginning and then hired an attorney who had no clue what his doing which I thought was just going to cost me more money when in the end, Vanessa fought hard and we ended up on top. She has an amazing reputation and I was referred to her though a friend of mine who used her a few years ago as well. It was so nice to walk in the courthouse with her and everyone she came in contact with told me that I was in good hands. She only filed necessary motions and did not try and rack up her bill which I was scared of in the beginning. I heard horror stories from other people using other divorce attorneys and was glad that was not my case. I am so thankful for Vanessa and her hard work. Divorce

Vanessa is very professional and to the point. I had another attorney before that said I would loose everything, but she fought for me to the end. We ended up becoming great friends. I went for consult & immediately sensed a strong kind professional. At that moment I knew she would be the one to help me get through a very difficult time. I had to let go of a prior lawyer. There was so much work for her because to be done since the files she received from my prior lawyer were all in a disarray . She managed to get everything in order and take care of everything which was a lot of work left that was supposedly done.She was on top of everything and was very responsive to questions / Emails I sent her . Nasty Divorce

Ms. Prieto was there for me during a very difficult time in my life. My husband left me for a younger woman and then tried to take our two kids and dogs with him and his girlfriend to Texas. Ms. Prieto was aggressive in my case and supported me throughout the whole ordeal. Thankful for this wonderful attorney and recommend her to anyone.

Best Divorce Attorney

Ms. Prieto has tremendous experience and it showed as my case was complicated due to divorce/relocation and other child support issues. She gave me options to keep things out of court while being conscious of unnecessary fees. I received a fair judgement due to her timely actions and pro-active communications with opposing council. My divorce was one of the most challenging experiences I have ever had to go through and it was great to have Ms. Prieto on my side!

Best experience, Highly recommend.

I was loosing faith with all attorneys in general, lost lots of money with other attorneys that sounded really good and said everything that you want to hear in a 3 year period and some were disbar and or put in jail for misrepresentation, thinking that we lost our case and hopes we found and hired Vanessa Prieto to help us with our situation as last resort, hopping that things get started withing a week or two to give her time to put things together Vanessa already had all the motions ready to summit the very next day and had a hearing dates scheduled the second day, i was so stunt when she called me to let me know that was done and that she had spoken with the plaintiff attorneys as well to discuss our situation to resolve this matter. Waooo all this done within 3 days of hiring !!! please somebody pinch me and wake me up!!! am i dreaming... To make this story short when we went to the hearing the very next month in front of the judge everything was handled very professional and worked out in our favor. Finally we can move forward with our lives and put a bad situation behind us. I wish we had Vanessa represent us from the very beginning to avoid 3 years of hassle, stress and bad experiences.
