The issues for determination are: (1) whether Petitioner’s housing discrimination complaint alleging handicap discrimination against Respondents in violation of the Florida Fair Housing Act (“FFHA”), chapter 760, part II, Florida Statutes (2020), was timely filed with the Florida Commission on Human Relations (“FCHR”); and (2) whether Petitioner’s Petition for Relief was timely filed with FCHR.Petitioner's housing discrimination complaint and Petition for Relief were untimely. Recommended dismissal of Petition for Relief.
