The issues are whether Respondents are guilty of the failure to account or deliver funds, in violation of Section 475.25(1)(d)1, Florida Statutes; the failure to place immediately with the registered employer any funds entrusted to them as agents of the registered employer, in violation of Section 475.25(1)(k), Florida Statutes, and Rule 61J2-14.009, Florida Administrative Code; or culpable negligence or breach of trust in any business transaction, in violation of Section 475.25(1)(b), Florida Statutes.Respondents guilty of failing to deliver commission check to their former employing broker, as they agreed to do.
