Dear Readers,
More recently I engaged Mr. Zimmerman for some simple matters that were actually quite complex. He met with me and discussed the case, the arrangement of costs and fees; while the fees and costs changed after the initial discussion; not to much but they did; he kept me informed - let me know immediately and completed the Civil work and followed up as we agreed to in the retainer. He also met with me for an admin. issue that his firm thoughtfully administered for me. He is knowledgeable, communicated very well both verbally and in writing and is fearless as is Mr. Foster. They just get to the cruxt of the matter and quickly. Expertise shows. The claim is not settled yet but again that is the other side delaying the matter. Overall I can say I am satisfied and would recommend him.
