Probate - While it is not necessary in all cases, when a person has not been able to create a proper plan for his assets to transfer after his death, we navigate the Probate Court System for you because we know you have more important things to focus on.

Our Estate Planning Practice comprises those of our clients who come to us to discuss what happens to their assets after they pass away. After listening closely to, and analyzing the wants and needs of our client, we discuss how Florida Laws play into their plan, and how we can work within those laws, in order to make sure that their assets get to their intended beneficiary(ies) in the most efficient and least time-consuming manner possible.
Our Probate clients come to us when their loved ones have passed away, owning assets in their name, which assets do not have a named beneficiary, or a "right of survivorship" clause. The deceased individual may or may not have a Will. Not all Estates have to be probated. In fact often times Estate Planning is done to avoid probate proceedings by the beneficiaries.
