I recently hired Whitney Brummett for my DUI case, she was more then helpful and handled my case to the upmost profession. To start off, Whitney got my case dropped within the first docket sounding (misdemeanor battery). Not only was I pleased with the timely manner in which this was resolved but the way she conducted herself and communicated with the state was very professional and courteous, so I felt safe with her defending me. Before we reached that point she was always available to talk at whatever time was most convenient for me and when we were going over my case before court appearance she was very thorough- especially when it came to explaining the legal process to me or what I should expect going forward.
