This is a license discipline case in which the Petitioner seeks to take disciplinary action against the Respondent on the basis of allegations set forth in an Administrative Complaint. The gravamen of the charges against the Respondent are that on one occasion he used unlawful and excessive force during the course of an arrest.Evidence was insufficient to prove that respondent used unnecessary force during arrest of a suspect.
