The issue to be resolved in this proceeding concern whether the Petitioner, Gregory B. Taylor, violated the attendance policy of the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Respondent (District) thereby subjecting himself to a one day suspension.Petitioner violated Respondent`s leave and attendance policy and failed to establish that Respondent had not fully informed him of its leave reporting policy. Recommend that suspension stand.
