Hands down best attorney decision
I was purchasing my first house and knew nothing about the process so left it all up to my realtors and loan officers to guide me in the right direction. Unfortunately, I ended up in a situation where the close date was missed and the seller wouldn’t extend the close date while also putting in a claim on my $25,000 deposit being held in escrow. I panicked and was calling around to attorneys who said it was “too late to get on the case” because the close date had passed. I got in touch with William because of a referral from an attorney Jeffrey Abers who said he had heard how good he was. William heard out my lengthy explanation on my first call to his office and advised me of the next steps. I felt so much better after our conversation. He had an email to the sellers attorney and everyone looped in within a few hours. Long story short, between an extremely rude and obnoxious attorney on the sellers side and sellers just looking for quick cash, he got me back every single penny plus his attorney fees which were fair to begin with. I HIGHLY recommend him.
