The issue in this case is whether Respondent engaged in an unlawfully discriminatory employment practice against Petitioner on the basis of race and religion, and retaliated against him, in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 ("FCRA").Petitioner did not prove, by a preponderance of the evidence, that Respondent discriminated against him on the basis of race and religion or that Respondent retaliated against him for engaging in a protected activity in violation of section 760.10.
