You defiantly need her to be your guide in preparing you for the process you will be facing in your criminal traffic offense. She went above, beyond, and into the stratosphere for me and was always available to answer each and every question with an assured and confident tone and a kind voice. She will walk you through each and every step of the process up to and including your court date and give you constant contact and communication every step of the way. I was never hesitant to ask questions and always was given all the info I sought. Her office will be in constant contact with you through the entire process and you will receive all copies of the motions and actions regarding your case via email. Every move that takes place for your case will be communicated and sent to you and explained thoroughly. If you have any questions their door is always open and I always received an immediate response. To not hire Ms. Staats is not give yourself the defense you need.
