The focus of Yale T. Freeman, P.A. is complex criminal, civil and administrative litigation. Business-related criminal matters and corporate internal investigations are among my areas of concentration. Often partnering with civil and transactional lawyers in the representation of their clients who are facing issues with potential criminal implications, I have handled many significant cases involving complex civil litigation with parallel criminal proceedings. I frequently act as an intermediary with law enforcement and administrative regulatory agencies in the resolution of those matters.
Selected by the Collier County Judiciary as the 2014 “Lion of the Law,” and included in Florida Trend magazine’s 2018 “Florida Legal Elite™,” I was the only attorney named by Super Lawyers® in the field of “White Collar Criminal Defense” between Tampa and Miami in 2018.
