Young Tindall was hired to represent a simple case and neglected to obtain the key piece of evidence to prove innocence. So much time had passed that it was long gone. His response was along the lines of "they don't have it". After reviewing the court dockets, no motion was filed to obtain it and no attempt. Several court dates I stood there as the judge remarked "Where is your attorney??" Case reset, reset reset. What a way to prolong it if thats what your looking for.
