I saw Ziona on a matter regarding a judgment I needed help with in order to get a loan. She was courteous. Her help on the other hand was rude, never let me finish a sentence and talked down to me the entire conversation. I am 60 years old and was involved in engineering sales for 30 years. I am not uneducated and I made a living being able to communicate with other people. I followed up on my initial visit to make sure that my fees could be included in my loan. The assistant told me the lawyer was in court but would relay the request. I called the next day and the assistant assured me the lawyer had approved my request. 10 days later I get a call from the same assistant who cannot recall our conversation, basically calls me a liar and tells me nothing has been done and that I must pay upfront. I am very disappointed, Ziona was professional and courteous but overall I am very disappointed with the experience.

I hired Ziona for my bankruptcy and I was very nervous doing this . I was not sure if what I was doing was morally wrong but I found myself in a position that I needed to do something this was a miracle . Jessica the paralegal made me feel so much better I kind of felt like she was much more than a paralegal almost like my therapist ! I would not have been able to go through this process without having her there to help me through it . I am discharged now and able to start my life over financially at least .
