RECOMMENDED ORDER


After notice to the parties, a formal administrative hearing, pursuant to the Florida Administrative Procedures Act, was held in DeLand, Florida, on April 11, 1975, before Delphene Strickland, Hearing Examiner.

ISSUES


Whether subject sign required current permits and whether said signs were in an "unsightly condition".


FINDINGS OF FACT


Previous to the date of this Recommended Order subject signs were properly permitted and refurbished to remove them from the "unsightly" violation category.


CONCLUSIONS OF LAW


When violations are cleared parties should be notified.


RECOMMENDED ORDER


Dismiss the petition inasmuch as the state and federal violations have been cleared.
