Hooper, and ORDERS as follows: 1. Constantine V. Varazo is hereby terminated from his employment with the School Board of Escambia County. A copy of the Recommended Order is attached hereto and incorporated herewith. The employee may appeal this order to the First District Court of Appeals within thirty (30) days from the date this Order is recorded by the Superintendent’s office as indicated by the official stamp on this document and in accordance with Section 120.68 of the Florida Statutes.
