THIS CAUSE came before the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (hereinafter "the Board") pursuant to Section 120.57(4), Florida Statutes, at a duly noticed public meeting on June 2, 2012, in Orlando, Florida, for consideration of a Joint Motion To Dismiss and Stipulation of Dismissal (attached hereto as Exhibit A). Upon consideration of the Motion, Stipulation, the documents submitted in support thereof, the arguments of the parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Board GRANTED the Joint Motion Dismiss and Stipulation of Dismissal.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this matter be DISMISSED.
