This matter comes before the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for entry of a final order upon submission of an Order Closing File and Relinquishing Jurisdiction issued July 13, 2018, by the Honorable John G. Van Landingham, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference in this order.
The Petitioner, having filed its Notice of Dismissal with prejudice on July 13, 2013, and upon review of the Order and the record in the above-styled matter, the Department hereby dismisses the case. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the case is CLOSED.
